Since the beginning of the project we have had two seminars - one in Turbas and the other one in Pōlva. The first one was concentrating on teambuilding and general knowledge (press releases, posters, communication), but the second one on actual management skills and how to organize festival.
We have learned how to work in team, which means trusting, listening and supporting each other. However one of the best things was Lehari's inspiring speech about how he came up with festival idea and actually realized his idea.Because of team building now it is much easier for Latvians to work together with Estonian youngsters and vice versa.
The second seminar in Pōlva was more intense in terms of learning how to organize festival. We learned that most businesses are kind of similar in terms of stakeholders involved and they face similar problems. We went through the planning stages of the festival and applied this valuable knowledge in logical framework matrix in different business models.
