Creating the festival concept

One of the first things to consider about organizing a festival is creating a concept : what's the name of a festival, what is the main idea, when and where is it held and why? We need a concept for our festivals, because we need a main idea to attract audience and let them know what is this festival about. Also, you need a concept to differentiate your event from the others. We will know if we need a festival by creating a consept and if we cannot come up with a concept, we probably cannot organize a festival. The best methods to use for creating a concept are group discussions, brainstorms, asking for advice, and more discussions. For example the Latvian team had a homework to think about the festival concept, and after that they had a meeting where they all expressed their ideas, discussed about it, and find the best concept for the festival. Latvians decided to call a festival - Other Nature (Urban Forest). And the estonians had a concept and a festival name already.
