This was really amazing thing! Just nice local people (youngsters of course!) said- We have idea, we want to make something cool - instead of Hollywood lets make CITA VIDE!
This was something attractive for visitors too, they made a pictures with these letters and said lot of nice words! So we can say just make something unusual in your festival, be creative! It could be, yes, just a name of your festival in BIG size.
Everybody likes to be an artists, and people like free stuff too. So our team decided to make a Second hand shop during our festival. Only visitors could took clothes for free and make their own design!
Workshop in festival.
Use your creativity! Make small(fire safe) candle lights, if you don't have other lights just use Christmas tree lights from your home, on the walls of tent you can put some slide shows, all that will make a special atmosphere in festival!
Pictures are from Tea House, that was a place where visitors could have had free, warm tea, there they could rested on straw bags. Just tip for others- if you want to make this chill/rest tent- make sure it is not too close to stages, otherwise people could not enjoy a bit silence from the festival music.
Workshops during the festival.
It is good when workshops are during the day, when there is no artists on the stage, but its quite good to have workshops also in the evening, when people are coming to listen musicians. It means there are more people who can participate in your workshops. Our mistake was that we were too concentrated to workshops during the day, but in our case participants were more in the evening part, but we were not confused and solved the problem and made workshops working time longer.

They made a different pictures just for fun, but visitors were amazed by this kind of things!
