What happened in Turbas

                                             
It is Monday and we all have returned back home to our comfy home slippers and robes. 

Some of us are writing for their bachelro's degree and some are doing their 

latest school tests though it was only a day ago when both - Latvians and Estonians - 

came back from the third meeting that took place in Ogre.

In this meeting mostly emphasized was the sponsor attracting. Differend proffesionals

 were informing about searching of the supporters, speaking with them and also 

keeping in place. Various things were discussed like what we should ask from the 

potencial sponsors and what to give back when planing a long term collaboration.
Our trainer Raivo Kreicbergs told many useful things not only from the theoritical 

side but also from the practical - the offer and the catch of the Instrumenti 

sponsors as well as the plan of the Women rally sponsors' events were shown. 

It was followed by youngsters working in their delegations, 

choosing three main sponsors to be contacted for their festival and 

deciding what to ask for and what to offer back.

On Saturday a trainer whose job was connected with the management of the largest 

Latvian beerfest. Things about communication were taught, like who we should 

connect, which of all social media companies would be worth to connect with; 

whether we wold need the national television or not for the advertizing of the 

festival; how many days before the fest the internet portals should be informed; 

why the press conferences should be made. 
Many other details were also told that made the youngsters to realize that there 

are many more the forgotten things that no one hat thought of before and that 

still have to be organized.

Despite the days being packed with the new an integraton between Latvians and 

Estonians was not forgotten in the evenings. Youngsters sang songs, went to sauna 

and all three days were spent already in expectations of the next and the last 

meeting in Estonia. We are still going to meet in between those trainings and 

continue to practically organize the festival, discuss, search for different 

resources and just catch the feeling of craziness.

The festival in Estonia takes place from 10th to 11th of August but in Latvia 

it is from 31st of August to the 1st of September
