A fine frenzy going on. [the workshopers' point of view]

Everything is under control if we speak about the workshop team of Latvian festival.
The best thing to do in these situations is to give individual responsibilities to everyone of the team. As soon as we managed to that, we started rolling in the deep.
And I mean it in the good sense. We started rolling in particular.
At the time when the project was started we felt like falling but now the situation has completely changed.
In a weeks time we've managed to get in touch with particular people who are happy to help our team and the messy ideas that we had at the beginning are now being settled.
As long as we keep everything neat and clean, there should be no problems in the future.

If I am supposed to share opinion about my team, I must say it's wonder-full. It is amazing what responsible persons can do if they have their own duties with clear goals to achieve.
The point here is to talk about every tiny thing to get those goals clear. When that is done, getting there is like roller coasting on a perfectly made street.

The outcome of our work may be surprising. We are working as hard as possible to make the best out of our available funds and in the process many new discoveries have been made like how crazy things we can find at our homes that may help.
Also the boundaries of our imagination faded somewhere in the brainstorming process. We had to get them back in order not to turn the festival into some kind of crazy act.

All in all, there is a frenzy, but don't worry - it's fine. Everything is under control.
