Our teamwork in Latvia 24.04.2012

At the first morning we wanted to get to know each other. We made it through ice-breaking games and energisers. Then we switched to more serious activities where we developed our communicating skills. Also, we learned how to make functional group work which is successful.
   At the end of the group-work we made many conclusions. For example, we thought that we should stay focused on the aim; we should collaburate but not forget to think individual; we need to communicate clearly and the teamwork has to be organized.
